During one’s pregnancy, many women wonder if they can still do the things they used to enjoy back when they weren’t. Yes, a lot of pregnant woman think that all they need to do it to lie in bed all day and munch over whatever they are craving for. This is in fact not very advisable unless you are advised by the doctor to do it. But there is only one in a million cases that need to be in bed rest 24/7. First thing you should remember is that of course, you shouldn’t be doing strenuous exercises. What you can do is, you can swim. Swimming is very good for pregnant women. In fact, studies show that the babies in the wombs of mothers who go on for a dip appear kicking and loving every minute of it. You may think, what will I wear during my swimming exercise? You can totally wear normal swimwear like you see in those hot mamas from Hollywood. However, if you are not comfortable, you can always wear maternity shorts. You can also wear a one piece if you want to cover your bump but then what is the point of covering if this is the only time you can actually wear your two pieces without ever minding that you do not have a flat tummy, right? You can also wear those tankinis if you are not as fashion forward. Tankinis are a separate tank and bikini in one set. So it is like a one-piece, only it is two pieces.
Do not ever let your pregnancy control you from the things you used to love before. Embrace your pregnancy, womanhood and femininity with that bulging stomach.
